How and why to share your art and writing with Berlin Art Parasites
Berlin art parasites is a growing online community to help spread art and insightful ideas. We take great pride in constantly searching for artists in order to share their work with our art-hungry audiences.
And this year we want to take it further, launching an open call as well as an art financing projects in Berlin, but we will tell you more on that in the near future.
For now, the exciting part is that our new open call is ready, and we want to share YOUR art with our over FOUR MILLION FOLLOWERS, that’s larger than the population of Uruguay.
What are we looking for?
We want to share art, that's the main idea. We want to share these truly mesmerizing creations with the whole world, but for now, we will be happy with sharing it with our Instagram followers.
It works both as visual arts and writing, we want to pair artworks with that unique ‘wow effect’ alongside with insightful and touching text or quotes.
We believe these posts create small ‘reflection’ pauses within your social media feed, something that seems to be in lack nowadays.
Why send us your art?
Well, as we said earlier, we love sharing art, and we have a large audience that is waiting eagerly to get art delivered towards their social feed.
Help us make the connection, let us share your artwork with the almost 4MM people on our social media network.
We make sure to always provide correct attributions, so artists can grow their accounts too.
Ultimately we believe in empowering artists, and thru-out this year, we will launch a series of projects aimed exclusively towards financing artistic projects in Berlin. Soon, we will not only be sharing art but taking a key role in the creation of it.
How to send us your art?
Well, that is surprisingly easy. We want to see as much art as possible, so we created an easy to use form, that we set up especially for this.
What we need from you is a little bit of information about your art or writing, as well as contact information and examples of your work, filling out the form won't take you more than 5 minutes.
What happens next?
After you send us your material, we are going to need one last thing from you… Patience.
We will be receiving a VERY large number of submissions, so it might take some time to review all of them, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear from us straight away.
And even if your art doesn’t get shared on our social media channels, worry not! There are other exciting opportunities for artists coming along.
